New Online Giving System

 Mount Hebron's giving platform makes it easy to give online. It includes options to set-up recurring payments or give to multiple funds.
 
The new system will be used exclusively beginning on Friday, January 1, 2021.
 
A few benefits you'll experience by moving to ShelbyNext Giving:
 
1. Complete control over how much you give, how often you give and whether you use a credit/debit card or bank account.  
 
2. The ability to see your profile information (family members, address,  phone number, etc.) and you'r complete giving history. 
 
3. In most cases, each contribution will show up on your ShelbyNext Membership profile the next day.
 

FAQs:

Q: I already use recurring giving online in the older system, do I have set up recurring giving in the new system?

A: Yes, please contact the finance department at or 972-276-5218 to close your account in the old system.

Q: Will my previous records still be available?

A: Yes. All previous giving records are retained and available from the church.

Q: How will I receive my records of giving?

A: You will continue to receive your giving record via postal mail at the start of each new calendar year.

Q: Will I receive acknowledgement of receipt of my donation?

A: Yes. You will receive an email receipt for each online donation.
