Funeral & Repast Guidelines
Mount Hebron members are encouraged to have their funeral and repast at the Mount.
Funeral Guidelines for Members
- The family should contact their shepherd to notify the church of the passing.
- If the shepherd is not known, the church office should be notified (972.276.5218).
- Shepherds should complete the Funeral & Repast Notification form
- Funerals will start at 10 AM or 11 AM (the family chooses).
- Parting views are held at the beginning of the service, and the casket will not be reopened at the conclusion of the service.
- Members are not charged for AV, Music, nor Custodial staff time.
Repast Guidelines for Members
- Repasts occurring Monday-Friday will be held in the Cave on the main campus.
- Repasts occurring on a Saturday will be held at 901 Dairy Road.
- There is a 60-person limit for repasts.
- Repasts will last a maximum of 90 minutes.
- Mount Hebron will provide the food at no cost for members.
Funeral Resolutions
- Resolutions are provided parents, siblings, and children.
- Resolutions for funerals not held at the Mount will be forwarded to the respective church.

- Non-members are welcome to use the Mount for funerals.
- Funerals will start at 10 AM or 11 AM (the family chooses).
- The family should contact the church office to make arrangements.
- Non-members are charged for AV, Music, and Custodial staff time.
Repast Guidelines for Non-Members
- Complete the Repast Request Form
- Repasts occurring Monday-Friday will be held in the Cave at the main campus.
- Repasts occurring on a Saturday will be held at 901 Dairy Road.
- There is a 60-person limit for repasts.
- Repasts will last a maximum of 90 minutes.
- The family is responsible for providing food for the repast.
