God's Closet

God’s Closet, the Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church food pantry, was opened in 1995 in response to Matthew 25:35-40.

God calls us to help those in needs. Many are in financial crisis right now, and by supporting something as simple as food, more money can be saved for bills, more time can be spent looking for a job.

People in need from the church and communities receive food based on the number of people in their families. Currently we serve of 60-75 families per month, an average of 240-300 family members. These donations have enabled us to provide baskets for hundreds of families over the holidays.

God’s Closet is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM (excluding holidays). The location to receive assistance is 901 Dairy Road, Garland, 75040.
